In our second newsletter for the 2024-2025 school year we covered a number of topics as the year kicks off.

• Volunteer Opportunities: Information on how to fill out the Baltimore County Public Schools volunteer form and complete the required training.
• MEE Parent Visitation (Sept. 16-20): Parents can visit their child’s MEE events, but must complete the volunteer form first.
• School Pictures: Scheduled for Tuesday, September 17.
• Key Dates:
  • Sept. 16: Budget vote, Spirit Gear orders, and donation deadlines.
  • Sept. 19: RSVP deadline for the Back to School Picnic.
  • Sept. 27: Back to School Picnic.
• Donation Drive: Over $6,845 raised so far toward the $15k goal.
• Used Scooters & Books: Collecting gently used items for PE and library projects.
• New Email: PTA’s new email address is hello@riderwoodpta.com.
• Spirit Gear: New items available including baseball caps and mugs.
• Budget Vote: Reminder to vote on the 2024-2025 budget by September 16.
